1. What we collect
- Account details: your name, email address, country and password (stored only as a secure hash).
- Money records: your deposits, withdrawals, wallet addresses, transaction IDs and the receipts you upload.
- Security data: sign-in times, device and browser type, and IP address, used to protect your account.
- Messages: anything you send us through Help or the contact form.
2. Why we use it
- To run your account, confirm deposits and send withdrawals.
- To keep your account safe, including one-time codes and fraud checks.
- To meet legal duties such as anti-money-laundering checks and record keeping.
- To reply when you contact us, and to tell you about important changes.
3. Who we share it with
We never sell your data. We share it only with providers that help us run the service (such as hosting and email delivery), with professional advisers, and with authorities when the law requires it. Blockchain transactions are public by nature, so wallet addresses and transaction IDs can be seen by anyone on the Solana network.
4. How long we keep it
We keep account and transaction records for as long as your account is open and for the period the law requires afterwards, typically five years for financial records.
5. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data, or object to how we use it. Some records must be kept by law even if you close your account. To make a request, contact us.
6. Security
Data is encrypted in transit, passwords are hashed, receipts are stored privately and only shown to you and our review team.
7. Cookies
